FEES
We are dedicated to providing you with the most progressive dental service. Our fee is based on the service provided and the time required for its accomplishment. We believe this is the only way to establish a fair fee, both to you and to the dentist.
However, because we have no desire to extend anyone beyond their means or intentions, we will gladly provide an estimate of anticipated costs prior to treatment. Again, we have found mutual communication is of the utmost importance in these matters - and we encourage your questions.
PAYMENT/INSURANCE
For your convenience, we accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and personal checks. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, kindly bring along a form with the vital information and signature of the insured already completed. We will gladly fill out the insurance form for you. Other financial arrangements can be made with our business assistant.
